We are interior designers, not contractors. When THG takes on a project, we are responsible for:
- Making design and product selections for hard finishes.
- Ordering product selections and managing inventory.
- Creating 2D and 3D sketchup drawings to convey design concepts.
- Providing installation documents for the general contractor to reference during construction.
- Checking the site to ensure design integrity against our design plans.
- Scheduling design-related trades, such as the countertop fabricator or wallpaper installer.
We are not responsible for:
- Managing contractor schedules and timelines. We will suggest to the GC a desired timeline.
- Managing installation quality or warranty of work.
- Installing hard finishes.
- Pulling permits
- Paying general contractors, and other vendors on your behalf.
We personally have vetted many vendors and will choose the right one for the project!
Depending on the complexity of the project, installation of furniture, fixtures, and essentials, will be included in the fee.

We most certainly can! More than likely we’ll do each room in phases, that way we can take necessary precautions with the rest of the space, so as not to cause damage, dust, or disruption of your normal routine.

We are in the process of securing omission and errors insurance. All vendors working on the job site must maintain their own liability insurance and provide a certificate of insurance.
